Oh my..

I am so HOT. It's 9:37am here and already 22°C. I have been hot for days and days now and I don't see an end in sight. I HATE going to bed hot, I HATE waking up hot and I HATE being so hot you sweat just by blinking all day. It's just not attractive. I am so buying an air conditioner next year. Once and for all I can beat this heat. In the meantime I'll melt.

Yesterday I had to do an emergency glasses buy. Mine had this huge scratch in them and when I went to pick off the goo that I thought it was, it was really my scratch and it went really big. It was right in the center of my vision so I was having severe difficulties just trying to see. So Off I went to our local Lenscrafters and bought myself some new glasses and some sunglasses. If you have glasses then you know how happy I was to get some prescription sunglasses. So I was told my sunglasses would be ready in an hour but for my regular glasses, the ones I need Oh so desperately..... I'd have to wait 10 days. OMG. 10 days with my one eye scratched out and a pair of good sunglasses? WTF? So I got the sunglasses, something is better than nothing right? And I will wait the 10 days for my new ones.. They are so worth the wait. I found my old old glasses and am wearing those. I will be a hermit for the next 10 days... LoL. These are some old glasses..

Oh yeah, the prescription between new shades vs. old glasses... Totally different. I am so screwed.

Don't you hate the glasses problems?? I desperately need glasses and new contacts. I'm on my last pair of contacts that I probably should have thrown away a year ago and my glasses are at least a year or two outdated as far as the prescription goes. I either need to get new glasses and contacts or have Lasik.

I think my next thing will be to get contacts. I have severe astigmatism so contact and I don't usually mesh well. But they have this new kind I may try. If not, I am so going for lasik. My Dad and MIL had it and LOVE it.
