I think I am falling back into anxiety mode these days. I cannot sleep anymore and all I do when I try is think. Think and panic. Not a good feeling. It must have been 2am when I finally fell asleep and I woke up so many times just wanting it to be morning so I could get up. I ended up getting up at 8:30am. Exhausted but needing to get on with my day.
I hate this feeling.
I know what you mean. I've had crazy sleep lately. ;o( I hope you get better sleep tonight. Have you tried journaling your thoughts and/or feelings before bedtime? That might help.
