Domesticating Ari

Good Morning

It's raining like crazy here and it sounds so pretty here at work. I have the window wide open, my music playing gently in the background and the sound of rain falling on the pool tarp. Totally nap weather. To bad I am here. So I think I am adjusting to work life easily. I am not too tired when I come home as I am not getting up at 4:45am anymore. I get up at 7:30 and hit the snooze a few times if need be. I also have been getting the kids up after I get up and I am really enjoying it.They are happy and they seem to enjoy me as well. This way I leave them with happy thoughts and then when I get home, they are happy to see me still.

I am really having issues with their behaviour lately and I am hoping that being nice to them is the 1st step. It's so hard sometimes when they are just being bad little kids so often. Josh is going through a stage where he won't eat dinner. It's really starting to bug me but I am just making him leave the table now. I am not up for the fight. If he's hungry, he'll eat right? He's only 2.5 so I have trouble taking away food from him but I am plum out of ideas.

I am off tomorrow so I hope to get back here with another update but if not, have a great weekend.

Good Day

I am back at work today and yes I am writing this from my desk. It's nice to finally have computer access during the day. Sears blocked my internet access and my job consisted mostly of me sitting in front of a computer. Talk about a tease. So now I can pretned I am working, with not really working.

Just my style.

And I get paid well.

Long Time No Blog

Guess that's what happens when you go on vacation eh? Well I am back and I have 1 day left before my summer ends and I return to work. I am so not looking forward to working anymore but I am in debt up to my chin so I need to go back whether I like it or not. Must save husband. So here are some pics I put together from my lil trip. We went away for 4 days and actually managed to relax a bit. We brought out barfing dog (only 2 times both way he actually puked) and he got along nicely with our former dog Nola who resides there now. My dog is the Golden Retriever just in case your wondering.

There are some really neat pictures I got this time and I plan on doing so scrapbooking with them. I am in LOVE with the one of my 2 dogs sharing the stick. How cute is that? While there I managed to buy some books and I am flying through them like magazines. Sometimes I wish I could slow down and make them last. But I am a read-a-holic so there is nothing I can do. 3 books, 3 days. Totally normal right?I will update them into the what i am reading now sidebar. I am also going to have to update my FAT BLOG about my new diet pills. Totally an experience.

I'll be back later. Must do laundry and get my house into shape before I totally lose control of it all over again.
