On Thursday night we decided once and for all to put this hell house up for sale and we did it. Called an agent that night and as she left she put a for sale sign up. I feel very bad for the poor souls who will buy this place but on the same hand, I just want to get the hell out of here. So this weekend in between Turkey dinners I have been painting and cleaning. Not a big fan of painting but we have/had some rooms that need to be a neutral tone. For instance Emmas room, Josh's old room was a nice blue. Nice for me but not for potential buyers. So beige it went. And Josh's room, which was Emmas room, is still cotton candy pink. I love the pink so I just tidied up the moulding and hopefully someone can work with it. If not, beige it goes too.
Pray we sell this place asap. We neeeeeed to get out of here before we lose our minds. We will be going back to renting so I am not to fond of that but at least we will be debt free.

Good for you. I was just thinking about that this morning. I was thinking...hmmm...maybe we should try to sell our house and save up to buy land and build. It won't happen though. My husband wouldn't go for it.
