Trollville has been demolished. Today was my 2 year blogversary so, I thought it was appropriate. Really one of the main reasons that I got rid of it is because it was causing a strain in my marriage. When I first started it, it was a place for me to vent, to get my feelings out...so, I didn't tell my husband about it. Well, he found it and it has been a source of conflict with us because we don't communicate very well and he feels like I can tell strangers all of this stuff and then when I get home, I have nothing to tell him. In a way, he's right because it is much easier to write/type my feelings than to say them out loud and a lot of times, I probably wrote things in my blog and put them out of my mind completely, never to share with him. So, in an effort to better my marriage, I decided to delete it. I'll still be visiting your blog though.
oh Amy I know the feeling. When I moved to typepad, I had to leave all my old blog and it's drama with it. My hubby was the same way. And I was like you, I could yell scream and cry and not be yelled back at or screamed to. It was my space. I hope you don't forget about me. I wish I had a better way to keep in touch, maybe pen pals now?
