I have walked 1.5 miles -- 7.5% of my goal of 20 miles!!

Well this is the latest and ever so happy monthly weight in. I guess I should measure myself but at this point I am ok with just weight loss. I just started takig my Hoodia Pills about a week and a half ago and they are helping me more than ever. They are suppressing my appetite. Forcing me to eat better as I have to time when I am going to eat. And I have almost obliterated late night snacking.
I am loving what is happening and I can't imagine what will happen if i take it to 100%.
